All products are digital files (PSD, PNG/JPEG, ZIP bundles, and related assets). No physical shipment or parcels are sent.
We deliver worldwide. You can purchase from any country where local laws allow digital downloads.
After a successful payment via Razorpay, download access is usually instant (within 1–10 minutes).
You’ll receive your files via:
Order Confirmation Email with download links, and
My Account → Orders (if you checked out with an account).
In rare cases (fraud/security checks), processing may take up to 24 hours.
Didn’t get the email? Please check your Spam/Promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us (details below).
PSD templates are layered and typically provided as .PSD or .ZIP.
PNGs/backgrounds are high-resolution; larger packs may come in multiple ZIP parts.
International payments are processed through Razorpay.
Prices are primarily listed in INR; your final charge may be converted by the gateway or your bank.
GST/VAT/digital taxes, if applicable, are shown at checkout.
Since these are digital goods, no customs duties apply.
Purchases include lifetime or long-term access unless stated otherwise on the product page.
If a product has limited downloads or an expiry window, it will be clearly mentioned on that page.
If we update a file, we may provide updated links via email or in your account.
Because delivery is instant, downloads are generally non-refundable once accessed.
If you purchased the wrong item, received a corrupted file, or didn’t receive access, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll help with a replacement, technical support, or a case-by-case refund.

For high-risk transactions, we may request verification or temporarily hold the order. If verification isn’t completed within 3 days, we may cancel the order and reverse the amount as per gateway timelines.
