All our products are digital downloads (e.g., PSD files, templates, graphics, software tools, etc.). Once purchased, the product is available for immediate download, and no physical goods are shipped.
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns once a file has been downloaded or accessed.
We offer refunds only in the following cases:
You purchased the wrong file and have not downloaded it.
The downloaded file is corrupted or not working as described.
You accidentally made a duplicate payment.
If your case falls under the above categories, please contact us within 3 days of purchase.

We will process valid refund requests within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will not be granted if:
You changed your mind after purchase.
You don’t have compatible software to open/use the files.
You claim non-receipt of the download link but it was sent to your registered email.
You didn’t read the product description or specifications properly.
If a refund is approved, your license to use the downloaded file will be revoked, and you’re required to delete all copies from your device.
